In the diagram above, ABC is a right triangle (with right angle at C), and the segments AD, DF, FE, EC, and CB are all of equal length. What is the size of angle A?

18 looks right.

The angle is 18, just use isos. triangle vertex properties, supplementary angles, and exterior angles over and over. To start label angle A as x. Then you do the process over and over and you get B and 4x. and then they add to 90, so 5x=90 and x=18
